As a student, we recognize that you now have more alternatives than ever before for buying textbooks. We believe that your college bookstore, whether online or the brick and mortar location, is the best possible shopping choice for you, because it provides the following benefits.
- A knowledgeable staff who is familiar with the university, the campus, knows your faculty, and works in cooperation with them to get the appropriate information to assist you.
- The ability to take credit card payments.
- A staff willing to offer exceptional customer service to help you and your family in the transition to college life.
- Making used books available to you! This is the single most significant way that we are reducing the cost of textbooks for students. Buying used books can save college students even more than buying new textbooks from any other source.
- Buyback services that enable students to get extra money in cash at the end of the term for books they no longer need or want.
- A textbook pre-purchase system that enables you to have the books you'll need for the term delivered to your home.
- Announcements about special events, bookstore specials and
promotions.
In addition to price and these service factors, before making your final textbook purchases please consider the following?
Is the book you're seeking from other online sources the same edition that is being used in class? Having the appropriate edition of a textbook is extremely important, for obvious reasons.
Have you ordered the book in time to be available for class?
Some other online booksellers will ship the book anywhere from three to six weeks from the date of order (not us!). This is unacceptable to students who, many times, have assignments due immediately after the start of class.

We are confident that you will enjoy our products. So confident that if you are not completely satisfied, you may return items purchased within [Bookstore Specified Days] from the day you received your order and receive a full refund. All items must be returned in the original condition. If the return is due to our error, shipping charges will be refunded.
- CDs and DVDs must be unopened, still in the shrink-wrap or original protective packaging.
- New books must include all software with unopened packages as well as all intact Web codes; Still in shrink-wrapping or original protective packaging.
- Used books must not include any additional highlighting, writing, drawings etc.
- Packing list and completed returns form must be included with each return.
Packing list and receipt must be included with each return. Returns missing this information can not be credited. If the return is due to our error all shipping charges will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment.
Return Policy Instructions
Include the packing slip and receipt (receipt can be reprinted on the order history page) with your return. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging or in an appropriate cardboard box. Using packing material (e.g. Styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, etc) around your item(s), pack and tape your package securely. Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, FedEx, and USPS all offer this option. Insuring and tracking your package protects you as the shipper and helps ensure your shipment goes to the correct destination in the same condition it was as when you sent it. Write down your tracking number and keep it until University Bookstore has refunded your money. Ship your return to the following address:

Arrange for a carrier to pick up your package or drop it off with the carrier. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable, unless due to our error. No credit is given for lost or damaged packages in route to University Bookstore. Please insure and track your package. Returns to University Bookstore will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment unless a different payment option was selected. A refund will be posted to your credit card or account once your return is received and processed. Processing times for returns vary, and may take up to 30 days from the day the return is received for a credit to be transmitted to your credit card or account. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transmitted credit request.
